The response should include:

  • A statement explaining why you believe the material was removed or disabled in error or is otherwise authorized by law;

Upon receiving a response or counter-notice, SecondSideMedia may review the matter and may restore, continue withholding, modify, or remove the material in accordance with applicable law, platform policies, and the Terms of Use.

3. Repeat Infringers

SecondSideMedia reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access, accounts, or publication privileges of users or submitters who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

5. No Legal Determination

SecondSideMedia may review and respond to infringement complaints, but does not act as a court, arbitrator, or legal adjudicator. Removal, modification, refusal, or restoration of content does not constitute a legal finding regarding ownership, infringement, liability, wrongdoing, or the validity of any claim.

6. Reservation of Rights

SecondSideMedia reserves the right to remove, disable, modify, refuse, or restore content at its discretion, with or without notice, where it believes such action is appropriate under applicable law, the Terms of Use, this policy, or platform standards.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
